Virtual Solutions of Metro Atlanta LLC ("VSMA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website and in the course of providing our services, how we use that information, how we protect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways.
Information you give us. When you contact us through the website, send an email, or become a client, you may provide your name, business name, job title, email address, phone number, a description of the work you need, and any files or materials you send us so that we can complete that work.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the general way you arrived at the site. We use this only to understand how the site is used and to keep it working well.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and recommend the plan that fits your needs.
- Set up and manage your subscription plan and deliver the work you request.
- Communicate with you about your account, your projects, and your service.
- Improve the website and our services.
- Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. We use GoDaddy to host this website, Google Workspace for email, and Formspree to process inquiry submissions, filter spam, and deliver them by email. Submissions are stored in Formspree’s archive for up to 30 days and in our email account. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
- Business transfer. If the business is sold or transferred, client information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Confidentiality of your work
The files, data, and materials you send us to complete a project are treated as confidential business information. We limit access to them and use them only to perform the work you have requested.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information in our care against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit who can see it.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also opt out of any non-essential email from us at any time. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below.
Cookies
This website may use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand site usage. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site function.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
